We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Delivery Fulfillment Specialist</strong> to join our team and help ensure smooth, accurate, and timely operations.</p><hr /><strong>Role Summary</strong><p>The Delivery Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient day-to-day operations that meet customer service standards while driving continuous improvement.</p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Site Manager (or as assigned)</p><hr /><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Ensure <strong>timely and accurate order fulfillment</strong></li><li>Complete <strong>fleet safety checklists</strong></li><li>Maintain <strong>order accuracy</strong> and maintain customer-monitored inventory</li><li>Perform <strong>order picking, receiving, and putaway</strong></li><li>Keep work areas clean and organized (5S standards)</li><li>Communicate customer issues to the Account Manager</li><li>Support <strong>paint mixing</strong> and retail operations</li><li>Assist with inventory cycle counts and audits</li></ul><hr /><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</strong><ul><li><strong>On-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery</strong></li><li><strong>Pick/putaway accuracy</strong></li><li><strong>Inventory accuracy</strong></li><li><strong>Safety compliance</strong> (zero lost-time incidents)</li><li><strong>5S audit score</strong></li></ul><hr /><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong><ul><li>3–5 years in operations, logistics, or warehouse environment</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>5S/lean principles</strong></li><li>Valid <strong>G driver’s licence</strong> (required for delivery roles)</li></ul><hr /><strong>Tools & Systems Exposure</strong><ul><li>ERP systems (e.g., Spire)</li><li>Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)</li><li>Monitored-Inventory/Mixit paint mixing systems</li><li>Fleet safety</li><li>Browns RPG (where applicable)</li></ul><hr /><strong>Working Conditions</strong><ul><li>Fast-paced <span >retail/warehouse/field</span> environment</li><li>Occasional lifting up to ~40 lb and extended standing</li><li>Driving between customer sites/branches</li><li>Occasional evening/weekend work during inventories or events</li></ul><hr /><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage</li><li>Benefits after 3 months</li><li>Employee discounts on products and services</li><li>Paid time off and statutory holidays</li><li>Opportunities for training and career growth</li><li>Supportive team environment with a focus on safety and continuous improvement</li></ul><hr /><p><strong>Ready to join a team that values accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction?</strong><br /> Apply today</p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
