<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $20-$23 an hour<br /><p><br /></p><p>Overview: Heather & Little is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Delivery & Inventory Support / Labourer. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of materials and equipment, supporting shop operations, and ensuring timely deliveries to job sites. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and ready to assist with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced construction or fabrication environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Delivery & Logistics</p><ul><li>Receive and review delivery forms; collect all items listed and deliver them to job sites.</li><li>Ensure the delivery form is signed upon completion and scan/send copies to the Operations Coordinator (OC) and Shop Manager (SM).</li><li>Coordinate with the OC, Field Manager (FM), and SM to plan efficient delivery and pickup routes.</li><li>Receive incoming deliveries and verify contents against packing lists or invoices.</li><li>Experience using small power tools.</li><li>Build crates or secure items for safe transport as required.</li></ul><p>Inventory & Stock Management</p><ul><li>Ensure the stockroom is fully stocked at all times. Notify the OC if stock is running low for replenishment.</li><li>Update the Stock Sheet or Stock Board when stock is added or removed.</li><li>Track inventory usage to maintain accurate records.</li></ul><p>Shop Support & General Labour</p><ul><li>Assist with miscellaneous shop tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe workspace.</li><li>Operate and maintain forklifts safely; perform pre-use inspections.</li><li>Conduct pre-use safety checks on vehicles, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Perform minor maintenance on equipment as required.</li><li>Empty garbage, clean shop floors, and maintain general shop cleanliness.</li><li>Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately to the PM-Shop or supervisor.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Valid drivers license and safe driving record.</li><li>Experience operating a forklift or other material handling equipment is an asset.</li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and proactive.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Knowledge of shop safety procedures and willingness to follow all safety protocols.</li></ul><ul><li>Combination of shop and field work, including lifting, loading/unloading materials, and driving to job sites.</li><li>Must be able to work extended hours occasionally based on project needs.</li><li>Safety gear (hard hat, steel-toe boots, etc.) required on site and in the shop.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p>Compensation</p><ul><li>Salary Range: $20.00 $23.00 an hour (based on experience and qualifications)</li><li><span >Benefits:Comprehensive</span> health and dental coverage, paid vacation</li><li>Vacancy Status:New, full-time position</li><li>AI Disclosure: Triumph does not use AI in candidate screening or selection</li></ul><p><br /></p><ul></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
