You'll work within a collaborative marketing function and alongside internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen brand awareness and contribute to measurable business outcomes.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Digital Campaign Execution</p><p><br>•<br>Execute paid social, paid search, email, and website campaigns aligned with marketing priorities</p><p><br>• Support SEO/SEM initiatives in collaboration with external partners</p><p><br>• Manage website updates, landing pages, product pages, and blog content</p><p><br>• Implement A/B testing and optimize landing pages and digital assets</p><p>Content & Channel Management</p><p><br>• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to develop digital content (social, case studies, videos, webinars, online resources)</p><p><br>• Maintain and execute the digital content calendar</p><p><br>• Coordinate webinar and online video initiatives, including platform setup and support</p><p><br>• Ensure brand consistency, UX best practices, and performance standards across channels</p><p>Analytics, Performance & Optimization</p><p><br>•<br>Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools</p><p><br>• Monitor digital media spend and campaign effectiveness</p><p><br>• Manage conversion tracking, retargeting, and reporting dashboards</p><p><br>• Provide performance insights to the Head of Marketing</p><p><br>• Conduct light research and gather competitive/industry insights to support campaign planning</p><p>Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration</p><p><br>• Coordinate execution with developers, designers, and external agencies</p><p><br>• Support CRM tagging, data hygiene, and attribution tracking</p><p><br>• Develop digital collateral and enablement assets in collaboration with marketing and sales</p><p><br>• Identify digital-first opportunities for online engagement and events</p><p>What We're Looking For</p><p><br>• Degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience</p><p><br>• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related B2B roles</p><p><br>• Strong understanding of digital channels and analytics fundamentals</p><p><br>• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, email platforms, or social publishing tools</p><p>What You Bring</p><p><br>• Creative thinking with a performance mindset</p><p><br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><p><br>• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects</p><p><br>• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical</p><p>Nice to Have</p><p><br>• Experience with CRM or automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)</p><p><br>• Experience with content production or database management</p><p><br>• Experience working with designers or agencies</p><p><br>• Certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)</p><p>Work Model</p><p>Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote (Toronto/GTA area)</p><p>Why Join Us</p><p>You'll join a team where digital marketing has direct impact on business outcomes.
