You’ll lead with vision and purpose—crafting and executing growth strategies, building high-performing teams, and forging powerful partnerships that accelerate our mission: To empower farmers through sustainable, profitable innovation.</p><p></p><p>This is more than a leadership role—it’s a chance to shape the future of agriculture.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key objectives include: Your Mission!</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Create and animate a dynamic business development strategy aligned with our longterm vision.</li><li>Inspire and lead a team of Business Developers and Agronomic Technical Consultants across multiple regions.</li><li>Identify, initiate, and scale new market opportunities through your network and entrepreneurial mindset.</li><li>Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Ag Retailers, cooperatives, and key industry players.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and International teams to drive innovation and alignment.</li><li>Own and manage regional and national P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.</li><li>Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings.</li></ul></p><br/><p><b>Required profile:</b></p><p><p><strong>The right person:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><span>A strong background in agriculture, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s farmers.</span></li><li><span>7-10+ years in agri-business or agtech leadership.</span></li><li><span>A visionary mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action and strategy into results.</span></li><li><span>Proven experience in leading and scaling commercial teams, ideally in agtech or agribusiness.</span></li><li><span>A natural connector with a strong network and the ability to open doors at every level.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.</span></li><li><span>A passion for sustainability, innovation, and impact.</span></li><li><span>Is proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and client management software (CRM).</span></li></ul></p><br/><p><b>Company description:</b></p><p><p>Thanks to its 10,300 employees, 75% of whom work internationally, Groupe Roullier achieves a consolidated turnover of €2.8bn.
