<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and strategic <strong><strong>Director of Strategic Accounts</strong></strong> to lead and grow the client&#39;s most important enterprise client relationships. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, long-term client satisfaction, and revenue growth across a portfolio of large, complex accounts.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep experience in <strong><strong>technology professional services</strong></strong>, thrives in a <strong><strong>U.S./Canada–India global delivery model</strong></strong>, and is passionate about delivering <strong><strong>AI-driven and cloud-native solutions</strong></strong> that create measurable business impact.</p><p>This is a <strong><strong>HYBRID</strong></strong> role, 3 days onsite in Vaughan (Mon-Wed-Fri).</p><p><strong><strong>Travel:</strong></strong> Ability to occasionally travel between CAN/US/India</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><p><strong>Lead & Grow Key Client Partnerships</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the senior relationship owner for our client’s most strategic enterprise clients.</li><li>Build trusted, long-term partnerships with senior executives — from CIOs and CTOs to VPs of Engineering and CEOs.</li><li>Develop and execute forward-looking account strategies.</li><li>Identify new growth opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Drive Delivery Excellence</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee complex, multi-stream programs with precision.</li><li>Manage governance frameworks, resourcing, and customer satisfaction across multiple enterprise accounts.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaborate Across Global Teams</strong></p><ul><li>Work fluidly across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery models through their Global Capability Center (GCC).</li></ul><p>What You Bring</p><ul><li><strong><strong>18+ years</strong></strong> of experience in IT professional services or digital engineering firms, including <strong><strong>5+ years</strong></strong> in senior account leadership or client partner roles.</li><li><strong><strong>Must have</strong></strong> experience working for <strong><strong>mid-sized Consulting Firms.</strong></strong></li><li>Proven success managing <strong><strong>$10M+ enterprise accounts</strong></strong> within a global, distributed delivery model.</li><li>Success in <strong><strong>bringing in new logos/clients</strong></strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong><strong>digital transformation, AI/ML, data & analytics, and cloud-native development</strong></strong> (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Background in <strong><strong>technology services and software engineering</strong></strong> (not infrastructure, licensing, or product resale).</li><li>Exceptional <strong><strong>program management, organizational, and multitasking</strong></strong> capabilities.</li><li>Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership style with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.</li><li>Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and a growth-oriented approach.</li><li>Open to candidates at the VP or CTO level who is willing to take on a Director-level role.</li></ul><p>Base Salary + Commission for OTE between 300-500K</p><p>APPLY NOW!</p></p></p>
