<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong><strong>Dispatch & Transportation Coordination</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Dispatch and coordinate bookings for clients and carriers for pickups and deliveries</li><li>Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or issues</li><li>Communicate load details, schedules, and requirements clearly to drivers and carriers</li><li>Track loads using TMS, spreadsheets, or internal systems</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Customer Service</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, scheduling, and general inquiries</li><li>Provide timely updates and resolve customer concerns professionally</li><li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliability</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Warehousing Support</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse shipments</li><li>Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and shipping</li><li>Assist with inventory-related questions and documentation</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Administrative & Operational Tasks</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Enter and maintain accurate shipment, customer, and carrier data</li><li>Prepare and review dispatch paperwork, BOLs, and delivery confirmations</li><li>Support billing and documentation processes as needed</li><li>Follow company procedures and help improve operational efficiency</li></ul><p>Qualifications & Skills</p><ul><li>Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure</li><li>Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and logistics software (TMS/WMS a plus)</li><li>Attention to detail and strong follow-through</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li></ul><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Growth opportunities within a growing logistics and warehousing company</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Training and hands-on experience in transportation and warehouse operations</li></ul></p></p>
