Representatives who succeed in this role are typically reliable, self-directed, and open to improving their communication and outreach approach over time.</p>Key Responsibilities<p>Representatives will be responsible for conducting structured marketing outreach within assigned residential neighbourhoods. Core responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Traveling to assigned marketing routes using personal transportation</li><li>Engaging homeowners in professional, respectful conversations</li><li>Communicating the company's painting and staining services accurately</li><li>Identifying homeowner needs and determining potential interest</li><li>Collecting and recording lead information with accuracy and integrity</li><li>Representing the company's brand and values consistently in the field</li><li>Managing time effectively while working independently</li><li>Tracking daily activity and performance metrics</li><li>Applying coaching, feedback, and training to improve results over time</li><li>Maintaining punctuality, attendance, and consistency across scheduled workdays</li></ul>Compensation Structure<p>This position operates under a performance-based compensation model.</p><p>Compensation is determined by measurable outcomes, including:</p><ul><li>The quality and accuracy of leads generated</li><li>The effectiveness of communication with homeowners</li><li>Consistency and demonstrated improvement over time</li></ul><p>There is no fixed earnings cap. Compensation reflects individual performance rather than hours worked.</p>Training & Development<p>All representatives receive structured onboarding and ongoing coaching designed to support success in the role. Training focuses on:</p><ul><li>Field communication and outreach techniques</li><li>Lead qualification standards and best practices</li><li>Professional conduct and brand representation</li><li>Performance tracking and continuous improvement</li></ul><p>Coaching is direct and practical, with the expectation that representatives apply feedback to their day-to-day work.</p>Requirements & Attributes for Success<p>To perform effectively in this role, applicants must meet the following requirements and demonstrate qualities that support success:</p><ul><li>Be between 1622 years of age and legally eligible to work in Canada</li><li>Have reliable access to a vehicle for transportation to assigned marketing routes</li><li>Be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods</li><li>Be willing to engage in face-to-face conversations with homeowners</li><li>Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct</li><li>Be able to work independently while following structured expectations</li><li>Be open to receiving feedback and applying coaching to improve performance</li><li>Show personal accountability for results and daily effort</li><li>Possess or be willing to develop clear, confident communication skills</li><li>Approach the role with a willingness to learn and adapt</li></ul><p>No prior sales or marketing experience is required.
