This is a hands-on role with real influence, real complexity, and real growth potential. You will work on products used across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility environments. Not suitable for new grads, interns, or junior engineers (sorry).</em></strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Why this role...</strong></p><ul><li>Own projects from concept to completion with real decision-making visibility</li><li>Work directly with leadership and see your designs built on site</li><li>Get hands-on with electrical mechanical integration, prototypes, and testing</li><li>Build and manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement</li><li>Develop and maintain project documentation including revisions, technical specs, change plans, and stakeholder communication</li><li>Gain experience working with CSA/UL compliance and regulatory test requirements</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you will work on...</strong></p><ul><li>Turning concepts into SolidWorks designs and practical solutions</li><li>Supporting prototypes, testing, and product improvements</li><li>Building BOMs and supporting work orders in ERP</li><li>Coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality, Design, Procurement, and Regulatory</li><li>Managing revisions, documentation, and project communication</li><li>Generating initial BOMs and WOs in SYSPRO</li><li>Supporting regulatory test sample planning and external certifications (CSA/UL)</li><li>Identifying project risks early and driving corrective actions</li><li>Presenting project updates to internal stakeholders</li><li>Only candidates with <strong>hands-on</strong> electrical system design, panel wiring, or electromechanical integration <strong>experience</strong> will be considered</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years industry experience</strong> in manufacturing environments</li><li><strong>Electrical Engineering degree preferred</strong> (Mechanical only considered with proven electrical integration experience)</li><li><strong>Hands-on experience</strong> with electrical systems: wiring, schematics, panel work, or electromechanical integration</li><li><strong>Experience</strong> with <strong>CSA/UL standards </strong>or<strong> regulatory testing</strong></li><li>Solid background in <strong>CAD (SolidWorks)</strong> and engineering documentation</li><li>Ability to manage full project cycles in a fast-paced production setting</li><li>Eligibility toward <strong>P.Eng</strong> considered an asset</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What we offer...</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive compensation and extended health benefits</li><li>PTO and on-site parking</li><li>Stable product demand with long-term growth</li><li>Fast-moving environment with real visibility</li><li>Clear opportunities to grow into senior engineering roles</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>How to apply...</strong></p><p>Use the apply button to submit your details.
