<p>One Dental is a Dental Management Group operating multiple clinics across Ontario, Canada. Clinics offer general dentistry, cosmetic procedures, implants, and emergency care. We emphasize patient-centered care and provide flexible scheduling, including weekend and evening appointments. We are seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our growing team.</p>
<h3>Position Details</h3>
<p>As an Endodontist, you will diagnose and treat conditions affecting the dental pulp and root canals across One Dental locations. You will manage complex endodontic cases, including retreatments and apical surgeries, using state-of-the-art technology and techniques. This role is ideal for a specialist seeking a collaborative practice with a strong referral base and a patient-centered approach.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies</li>
<li>Use advanced diagnostic tools for treatment planning</li>
<li>Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists on interdisciplinary care</li>
<li>Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and follow RCDSO regulations</li>
<li>Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program</li>
<li>Certified specialist in Endodontics</li>
<li>Active license and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)</li>
<li>Proven experience in advanced root canal therapy and surgical endodontics</li>
<li>Proficiency in operating microscopes and digital imaging tools</li>
<li>Excellent communication and patient care skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and clinical precision</li>
