Unleash your potential and join BrightPath!</p><p>What will you be doing?</p><p>Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.</p><p>· Support the Client Services team in driving initiatives and achieving objectives.</p><ul><li>Prioritize a "families first" mentality within the organization, putting clients' needs and satisfaction at the forefront of all interactions.</li><li>Manage and enhance new enrollment programs to attract potential clients and retain existing ones.</li><li>Provide excellent pre-enrollment customer service management to address inquiries and concerns effectively.</li><li>Expedite and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high family satisfaction levels.</li><li>Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been addressed and to measure their satisfaction with the services provided.</li><li>Identify internal practices that could benefit from improved sales processes, materials, and training to enhance overall performance.</li><li>Identify internal practices that could benefit from improved sales processes, materials, and training to enhance overall performance.</li><li>Effectively communicate BrightPath's brand identity and unique selling points to potential parents, showcasing the organization's strengths and advantages.</li><li>Develop and maintain accurate family records and database information within the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to facilitate effective enrollment processes and support informed decision-making.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Experience, Skills and Aptitude</strong>:</p><ul><li>2-5 years’ experience working a customer support or sales role in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communicator (in person, phone, email) with strong contact handling skills and active listening skills (proactive demeanor, able to develop rapport).</li><li>Customer driven with a passion for solving problems.</li><li>People orientation and ability to adapt/respond to many personality types.</li><li>Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.</li><li>Close attention to detail and follow-up.</li><li>Ability to problem solve and work directly with limited direction, but to seek out assistance as required.</li><li>Ability to engage appropriately and work as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, think clearly, and act decisively.</li><li>Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums.</li><li>Ability to learn/master new tools like Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.</li><li>Marketing, previous experience with CRM system is an asset.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
