<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Software & Platform Solutions<br />Location: Montreal, Toronto, or Ottawa (hybrid work model)<br />Preferred: Bilingual candidates (English and French)<br><br>Role Overview<br />An accomplished Enterprise Architect is needed to help guide the strategic direction of software and platform architecture within a modern, innovation-driven technology environment. This individual will translate organizational needs into scalable technical solutions and influence long-term architectural vision. The role supports a flexible hybrid schedule and involves close collaboration with teams across multiple offices.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br /> • Define and articulate a cohesive enterprise architecture strategy that supports overall business goals.<br /> • Lead the transition toward a more business-focused architectural approach.<br /> • Integrate architectural practices with data governance, risk management, and information security frameworks.<br /> • Create and maintain both current-state and future-state architectures for major programs, platforms, and system deployments.<br /> • Develop high-level architecture diagrams showing how business processes, data, applications, and infrastructure interrelate.<br /> • Ensure all architectural designs adhere to internal standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.<br /> • Establish and uphold architecture governance processes and policies.<br /> • Evaluate new and emerging technologies and determine their relevance to the organization.<br /> • Provide coaching and leadership to architects, product leaders, and business teams on architectural principles.<br /> • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology domains.<br><br>Must Have Requirements:<br /> • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.<br /> • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture or in <span >strategic/operational</span> roles tied to architecture.<br /> • A minimum of 10 years of technical or solution architecture experience, including hands-on application development.<br /> • Solid understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud environments, on-premises systems, and hybrid architectures.<br /> • Knowledge of business and financial models, including cost analysis and risk assessment.<br /> • Experience with enterprise architecture tools, frameworks, and modeling methodologies.<br /> • Strong leadership abilities with skills in collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.<br><br>Desired Skills:<br /> • Strong organizational awareness and ability to navigate complex environments.<br /> • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance immediate needs and long-term vision.<br /> • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.<br /> • Bilingualism in English and French is a notable advantage.<br><br></p></p></p>
