This is your chance to join a dealership that values performance, professionalism, and people — and rewards those who consistently deliver</p><p><strong><br><br> Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Services Manager role within the automotive industry</p><p>· Proven track record in automotive sales and business development</p><p>· Solid understanding of vehicle financing and leasing, including both new and pre-owned units</p><p>· Subprime financing knowledge is essential</p><p>· Demonstrated ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and trustworthy manner</p><p>· History of delivering exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding industry benchmarks in product penetration and dollars per copy</p><p>· Experience working collaboratively with banks, the management team, and the sales department to expedite contract funding</p><p>· Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment</p><p>· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail</p><p>· Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset</p><p>· Proven ability to lead and foster a positive, team-focused work environment</p><p>· Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is considered an asset</p><p>· High-performing, competitive, and driven personality</p><p>· Flexible and adaptable to shifting business needs and schedules; weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) may be required</p><p>· Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure</p><p>· Friendly, articulate, and confident communicator</p><br /><p><strong> What YOU Will Be Doing</strong></p><p>· Maximize sales penetration of finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, protection packages, and other value-added offerings</p><p>· Present financial options to customers in a clear, ethical, and effective manner to ensure informed decision-making</p><p>· Prepare, review, and process all documentation related to vehicle sales, financing, leasing, and aftermarket products in compliance with legal and dealership requirements</p><p>· Secure financing and leasing approvals by leveraging a wide network of lenders and financial institutions, including subprime sources</p><p>· Ensure the timely and accurate verification of customer insurance and all other required documentation prior to vehicle delivery</p><p>· Monitor and manage deal funding to ensure prompt receipt of proceeds from financial institutions</p><p>· Maintain and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to F&I product sales and approvals</p><p>· Collaborate closely with the sales team to support deal structuring and assist in closing transactions efficiently</p><p>· Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners, insurers, and customers to support repeat and referral business</p><p>· Process and submit credit applications, while maintaining full compliance with privacy regulations and dealership standards</p><p>· Continuously stay up to date with new products, lender programs, and compliance standards to enhance performance and customer experience</p><p>· Participate in ongoing training and development of sales and finance team members</p><strong><br /></strong><p><strong> Commission Payment:</strong></p><p>As an Independent Contractor, you will be paid a variable commission payment plan.
