These positions require at least 2 years of warehouse experience and recent forklift operation, with a strong emphasis on safe, efficient, and accurate material handling.</p><p>Please note: These are upcoming roles.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, including: Counterbalance (with/without attachments), Crown Reach, Reverse Reach, Double Deep Reach, Cherry Picker/Order Picker, and Electric Pallet Jack (ECP)</li><li>Pick, stage, and organize orders accurately based on packing slips and company standards</li><li>Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against documentation</li><li>Put away products into designated racking systems, including push-back racks</li><li>Perform routine quality checks and assist with inventory control tasks</li><li>Manually shrink-wrap and secure pallets for transport</li><li>Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</li><li>Complete necessary documentation, including logs, shipping forms, and inventory records</li><li>Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience</li><li>At least 1 year of recent forklift operation experience</li><li>Valid forklift certification meets Ontario safety requirements</li><li>Physically able to lift 50–60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Strong focus on safety, precision, and detail</li><li>Comfortable using RF scanners, warehouse documents, and basic computer systems</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team setting</li><li>Only candidates who meet all minimum requirements will be considered</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Preferred Equipment Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Counterbalance (gas or electric)</li><li>Crown reach & reverse reach forklifts</li><li>Double deep reach</li><li>Cherry picker / Order picker</li><li>Electric pallet jack (ECP)</li><li>Experience with push-back racking systems is an asset</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p><p>If you hold a valid forklift certification, meet the experience requirements, and are interested in full-time forklift opportunities, please apply with your updated resume.
