<p><b>About the Company</b></p><p><br></p><p>TransPerfect is currently looking for qualified freelance linguists (reviewers) with Technical, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing expertise interested in long-term collaboration and willing to join our freelance team of excellent quality assessors. Quality Services & Reporting (QSR) is a new TransPerfect service offering independent and customizable QA solutions for localization clients. Our reviewers and subject matter experts provide unbiased linguistic reviews and QA analysis.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p><br></p><p>We are currently looking for <b>freelance REVIEWERS</b> interested in joining our team of linguists. The main goal of the role is to ensure linguistic quality, brand consistency, and work with translation teams to ensure continuous improvement.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Task responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Linguistic reviews combined with market relevance assessment</li><li>Language asset management (creating and updating style guides and glossaries)</li><li>Support and mentoring for translators (via calls or feedback)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Speaker located in Canada/US</li><li>Previous experience in reviews, revisions, or editing tasks, including writing feedback reports</li><li>Previous linguistic experience</li><li>Specialization in Technical/Manufacturing/Engineering/Marketing</li><li>Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skill</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Speaker located in Canada/US</li><li>Previous experience in reviews, revisions, or editing tasks, including writing feedback reports</li><li>Previous linguistic experience</li><li>Specialization in Technical/Manufacturing/Engineering/Marketing</li><li>Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Language experts with relevant qualifications are invited to send their CV and a description of their experience to bmolenda@transperfect.com.
