<p>Summit Search Group is proud to partner with Kings Energy Group in the recruitment of a Fuel Account Coordinator. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys client support, administration, and relationship management within a fast-paced industrial services environment.</p><p>Kings Energy Group is a growing wholesale bulk fuel distributor with operations across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The organization serves industrial clients in transportation, oil & gas, agriculture, and municipal sectors, and is known for its commitment to service excellence and long-term client relationships.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Fuel Account Coordinator will support the sales team through client administration, retention activities, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. This role is well suited for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in building a career in sales support or account management within the energy or industrial sector.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p><strong>Account Coordination & Client Retention</strong></p><p>Maintain regular communication with fuel and tank rental clients to ensure satisfaction and service alignment</p><p>Identify recurring client issues and collaborate with operations to implement solutions</p><p>Track and report on client retention, engagement, and performance metrics</p><p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM</p><p>Track sales stages, follow-ups, and opportunity values to support forecasting</p><p>Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports</p><p>Flag stalled opportunities and support the sales team in moving deals forward</p><p><strong>Product Knowledge & Client Education</strong></p><p>Stay informed on fuel market trends, pricing structures, tank solutions, and Cenovus programs</p><p>Support clients through program eligibility, applications, and ongoing requirements</p><p>Educate clients on Kings Energy Group’s full range of products and services</p><p>Coordinate technical inquiries with operations as needed</p><p><strong>Administration & Customer Service</strong></p><p>Act as a point of contact for inbound client inquiries via phone and email</p><p>Support scheduling, reporting, and email management for the Business Development Manager</p><p>Coordinate tank deliveries, sensor installations, and contract execution with internal teams</p><p>Provide client feedback to support continuous improvement of internal processes</p><h3>Qualifications & Experience</h3><p>Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or sales considered an asset</p><p>3–5 years of experience in administration or customer service, ideally within energy, logistics, or industrial sectors</p><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><p>Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)</p><p>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through</p><p>A combination of education and experience will be considered</p><p><em>Summit Search Group is committed to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion.
