<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>MINI Oakville – Full-Time Receptionist</strong></p><p>MINI Oakville is currently seeking a friendly and professional full-time <strong>Receptionist</strong> to join our Sales Department.</p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.</p></li><li><p>Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors.</p></li><li><p>Ensure messages are accurately documented and forwarded to the appropriate team members.</p></li><li><p>Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including arranging couriers, proofreading, and supporting other administrative departments as needed.</p></li><li><p>Attend all departmental meetings.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to all company and manufacturer policies, procedures, and guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Complete additional duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li><p>High School Diploma required.</p></li><li><p>1–2 years of relevant receptionist or administrative experience preferred.</p></li></ul><strong>Hours</strong><ul><li><p><strong>Monday–Thursday:</strong> 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.</p></li><li><p><strong>Friday:</strong> 8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.</p></li></ul><strong>Preferred Skills & Attributes</strong><ul><li><p>Positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.</p></li><li><p>Strong administrative and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong customer service focus with exceptional client-facing abilities.</p></li><li><p>Proficient computer and typing skills.</p></li></ul><p></p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
