Leadmanagesa team of Implementation Managers andsupportsthe training and development of <span >ourImplementationTeamandits</span> processes.The Team Leadis responsible for a portfolio <span >ofcustomersandisresponsible</span> for the development of processesto ensure successful customer implementation and adoption. <span >Leveragingprevioussoftware</span> implementation experience, this <span >roleengageswithleadership</span> and stafftodevelop and deploy process improvements.</p><p><br /></p><p>TheTeam Leadmanagesa team ofImplementation <span >Managersandprovidesdirect</span> support and guidance toits staffon all matters of customer configuration, implementation, and product adoption.The Team Leadworkscross-functionally within the organization to <span >improvethecustomerexperience</span> by working with Product, Sales, and the Technology teams.Reportingto theSenior Manager, Professional Services, this role works <span >closelywiththeCustomerSuccess,</span> Customer Support, and Product Teams.</p><p><br /></p><p>Essential Job Duties:</p><p><br /></p><p><span >SupportCustomerFacingneeds,</span> such as:</p><ul><li>Servesas theSubject Matter Expertfor thecustomerduring the <span >implementation/onboardingprocessandasthe</span> ultimate person responsible <span >forthecustomerachieving</span> project goals.</li></ul><ul><li><span >Buildsrelationships</span> with all levels within <span >thecustomerorganization</span> (executivesponsor to system user).</li></ul><ul><li>Hasa solid understanding of the Grant Lifecycle, the steps that arerequired, and the rolethat technology canplay in that lifecycle.</li></ul><ul><li>Developsa thorough understanding of theEuna <span >GrantsImplementation</span> Methodology andadaptit, asnecessary, to the needs of thecustomer.</li></ul><ul><li><span >LeadsanImplementationTeamperformsthe</span> majority oftasks held by other roles,while also <span >appropriatelyassisting,</span> delegating, and overseeing the accomplishment of tasks fromtheProject Manager,Technical Solutions Specialists, and other implementation personnel.</li></ul><ul><li>Has <span >orcandevelopexcellentunderstanding</span> ofEuna Grants functionality.</li></ul><ul><li>UnderstandsChange Management andcanarticulate and execute againstChange Management planswith <span >Customerswhiledriving</span> full product adoption <span >andfacilitatinglong</span>-term success</li></ul><ul><li><span >Leadscustomerstatus</span> callsin order toarticulate <span >theprojectprogress,</span> key next steps,andknown issues with plans to remediate them.</li></ul><ul><li>Leadsproduct training sessions, either remotely or on-site.</li></ul><ul><li>Identifiesproject risksin atimelymannerand appropriately escalate internally to managesuccessful outcomes.</li></ul><ul><li>Managesscope, cost, and timeline, and <span >holdcustomerresponsibleaccordingly.</span></li></ul><ul><li>Has the abilitytotravel,as appropriate,in order tobuild the necessary relationships and ensurea <span >successfulimplementation.</span></li></ul><ul><li>Non-traditional hours may be needed, butnotweekends.</li></ul><p>Support internal businessprocess, such as:</p><ul><li>Manages a team of Implementation Managers</li></ul><ul><li><span >Establishesprocesses</span> to improve upon operational effectiveness of implementation, whichmay include assessing and managing specialized <span >training/operational</span> requirements forcustomers.</li></ul><ul><li>Identifiesinternal training needs and plays a key role in the onboarding of new hires.</li></ul><ul><li>Serves as LiaisontoEuna Grants Development <span >Teamsregardingcustomerintegrations</span></li></ul><ul><li>Partners with Product and Development teams on enhancingEuna <span >Grantsfunctionality.</span></li><li>Participatesin cross-functional team activities that may include requirements gathering, business process modeling, Statement of <span >Workdevelopment,andRFP</span> support.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Minimum Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience managing and leading teams</li></ul><ul><li>Subject matterexpertisein management and administration of federally funded grant programs, as either a grantor or grant recipient.</li></ul><ul><li><span >Experienceinteractingand</span> working collaborativelyin a virtual setting.</li></ul><ul><li>The ability to interact with <span >businessstakeholders,</span> both internally and <span >externallysimultaneously,to</span> bridge gaps and manage communications.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiencyat managingmultiple prioritiesand deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal,writtenor visual form to a variety of audiences, from the internal team <span >tocustomerexecutives.</span></li></ul><ul><li>Ability to self-manage and be an independent member within the larger project team.</li></ul><ul><li>Team oriented and comfortable with regular performance feedback.</li></ul><ul><li>Passionate about exceeding goals and delivering a result</li></ul><ul><li>Highly analytical,data-driven.</li></ul><ul><li>Competent inMSOffice.</li></ul><ul><li>High degree of comfort with technology and CRM tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to travel up to 25%</li></ul><p></p><p>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred:</p><ul><li>CGMS certification or eligibility to achieve CGMS certification is strongly desired.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience leading, or as a team member of, an enterprise-level software implementation project, including design, change management, and adoption, is desired.</li></ul><ul><li>B.S. or B.A.degreeor equivalent experience.</li><li>Experiencewith <span >softwareintegrations.</span></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Location</p><p><br /></p><p>This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON
