<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>JAMES PERSE IS CURRENTLY HIRING A FULL TIME SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR FOR OUR<br />MONTREAL LOCATION</strong></p><p><strong>OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION</strong></p><p>The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving all objectives set forth by the company with a focus on client development and client sales. They will set the example in areas of customer service excellence, adherence to visual merchandising standards, and operational standards. In the absence of Store Management, the Senior Client Advisor is charged with overseeing all aspects of the store and staff, when is the most senior presence in the store.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators. </li><li>Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.</li><li>Set the example for exceptional customer service, client experience and store standards.</li><li>Maintain the selling floor, merchandise. visuals and store standards.</li><li>Maintain and grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.</li><li>Support operational tasks and projects.</li><li>Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.</li><li>Local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors.</li><li>Participate in special events and or projects as needed (i.e. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory, etc.).</li><li>Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>College Degree preferred.</li></ul><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods, and clientele-oriented sales.</li><li>Ideally has a cultivated and established clientele following</li><li>Experience working in retail environment(s) with 7 days a week operation, which require open scheduling availability based on business needs.</li></ul><p><strong>COMPETENCIES REQUIRED</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates must also be outgoing, energetic, professional and good representatives of our brand and be able to emanate the James Perse brand lifestyle.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written.</li><li>Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and high level of integrity.</li><li>Composure: Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues or concerns courteously and professionally.</li></ul><p>Since the late 1990&#39;s, James Perse has defined Southern California style.
