<p>We're currently looking for consultants involved in Plant Floor leadership to support the implementation of a D365 go-live and hypercare. Expected start date of the 1st of March. Prior D365 knowledge is helpful but not a prerequisite, as training will be provided.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities are mainly s<b>hop floor / production support</b> during and after D365 go-live. Some <b>warehouse support</b>, but client expects to cover most warehouse activity.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Onboarding/Training Timelines:</b></p><ul><li>March 1st - D365 training, onboarding, process familiarization, and remote support</li><li>Late March (during final UAT week) - Short plant visit(s) - Tour the plant(s), Meet key stakeholders, Observe workflows on the shop floor</li><li>Weekend April 3–5 (prior to go-live) - Travel onsite</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Go-Live & Hypercare:</b></p><ul><li>April 6 – Go-live at both plants; onsite.</li><li>First 2 weeks after go-live (approx. April 6–18): All-hands, heavy onsite coverage Expect 60–70 hours/week, long shifts to cover 24x6 production.</li><li>Consultants remain onsite (no weekend travel home expected).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Weeks 3–8 of hypercare (through late May):</b></p><ul><li>Shift to rotation model:</li><li><b>Hypercare Commitment:</b> <b>8 weeks total</b> (April–May).</li><li>Onsite hypercare primarily in April, then Full-time remote support in May, if go-live and adoption are going well.</li></ul><p></p>
