This leadership position requires the ability to motivate and lead a team, coupled with a commitment to continuous employee training and development.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Community Environment: Most importantly, foster a welcoming, friendly, and warm environment for all members</li><li>Team Building: Source, interview, and hire team members, establishing strong, cohesive teams</li><li>Management Oversight: Directly manage the team, set weekly schedules, and assign responsibilities to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Training Standards: With support, oversee and maintain training standards, coaching and developing team members to enhance sales performance</li><li>Development and Coaching: Consistently develop and coach team members, providing training on employment policies and practices</li><li>Staff Meetings and Goals: Conduct staff meetings, set goals, and energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives</li><li>Business Growth: Drive business profitability and inspire the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives</li><li>Member Retention: Ensure timely resolution of member concerns as retention is a key priority</li><li>KPI Monitoring: Monitor staff performance through scoreboards, ensuring KPI standards are met or exceeded</li><li>Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean facility with equipment operating at optimal levels</li><li>Payroll and Scheduling: Manage employee payroll and scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times</li><li>Product and Service Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of all offerings, amenities, and equipment utilization</li><li>Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure and monitor compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining accuracy in operations</li><li>Inventory Management: Monitor club inventory and ensure timely restocking</li></ul><p>Who You Are</p><ul><li>Experience in a fitness environment</li><li>Service-oriented management experience</li><li>Ownership mentality</li><li>Growth mindset</li><li>A basic criminal background check will be required as part of the hiring process.
