<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: $55,000 - $65,000<br /><p>The Growth Operations Associate provides entry-level support to the growth and operations function by assisting with analysis, coordination, documentation, and cross-functional follow-up. This role supports growth initiatives, operational projects, and leadership priorities by helping track progress, organize information, and ensure initiatives stay on schedule.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is an ideal role for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented recent graduate seeking to build a career in business operations and growth while gaining exposure to executive-level thinking and project coordination.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br />Growth & Operational Support</p><p>Assist with research, data gathering, and analysis related to growth and operational initiatives.</p><p>Support the preparation of briefing notes, summaries, and internal materials for leadership discussions.</p><p>Help translate growth priorities into documented plans, timelines, and task lists.</p><p>Track key initiatives and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to leadership.</p><p><br /></p><p>Data, Reporting & Documentation</p><p>Assist with maintaining accurate records related to growth initiatives, KPIs, and operational metrics.</p><p>Enter, update, and organize information in internal systems, spreadsheets, and trackers.</p><p>Support the preparation of basic reports, dashboards, and status updates.</p><p>Ensure documents and materials are well-organized and version-controlled.</p><p><br /></p><p>Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication</p><p>Assist with coordinating inputs from different teams on growth and operational projects.</p><p>Support follow-up on action items and deliverables across departments.</p><p>Help communicate timelines, updates, and next steps to internal stakeholders.</p><p><br /></p><p>Process & Continuous Improvement</p><p>Assist in identifying process gaps or inefficiencies.</p><p>Support documentation of workflows and recommended improvements.</p><p>Learn and apply best practices in business operations and execution.</p><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><br><br></p><p>Bachelors degree (or near completion) in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.</p><p>02 years of experience in internships, co-op roles, or entry-level <span >business/operations</span> roles.</p><p>Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort working with data is required.</p><p>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</p><p>High attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br /></p><p>Preferred Skills</p><p><br><br></p><p>Exposure to business operations, analytics, project coordination, or consulting-style work.</p><p>Experience tracking tasks, deadlines, or projects (academic or professional).</p><p>Strong follow-up and execution skills.</p><p>Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn.</p><p>Ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership.</p></p></p>Create Your Resume First
