<p><h3>About the Role</h3>
<p><b>Affirm</b> – Content Enablement Manager within the GTM Enablement team, part of Revenue Operations & Analytics (ROA).</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead narrative development: Own copy, structure, and creative direction for core pitch materials.</li>
<li>Deliver actionable competitive insights: Aggregate and synthesize competitive intelligence, produce battlecards and slides.</li>
<li>Elevate sales content with data: Source and integrate industry research, product metrics, and market data.</li>
<li>Orchestrate strategic proposals: Manage RFP software, coordinate merchant proposals, and align messaging.</li>
<li>Partner cross‑functionally: Collaborate with Revenue, Product Marketing, and Analytics.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of trends: Monitor industry, macroeconomic, and regulatory developments to embed timely insights.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We Look For</h3>
<ul>
<li>6+ years of B2B marketing, enablement, or client‑facing experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or high‑growth SaaS.</li>
<li>Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and executive‑level materials that drive engagement and business outcomes.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for clarity, structure, and visual storytelling.</li>
<li>Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives that blend data, creativity, and commercial strategy.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to support and refine persuasive messaging.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Compensation</h3>
<p>Base Pay Grade – L, Equity Grade – 5. Base pay $125,000–$175,000 per year with equity rewards and monthly tech spending as part of total compensation.</p>
