<p>Are you passionate about basketball and skilled in working with young athletes? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Youth Basketball Coaches for our rep teams and development-level program catering to ages 7-12</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Rep team coach</li><li>High performance basketball training.</li><li>Develop and implement practice plans for youth basketball sessions</li><li>Evaluate student performance, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Inspire and motivate players to realize their full potential, cultivating a positive and inclusive environment.</li><li>Attend weeknight training and potentially weekend games</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>At least 3 years coaching experience in a rep team</li><li>Knowledge of basketball fundamentals and game plays</li><li>High energy and adaptability to varying situations</li><li>Willingness to continually learn and enhance personal knowledge</li><li>NCCP Certification is mandatory</li><li>In-person coaching sessions</li><li>Markham</li></ul><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour</p><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Rep Basketball Coaching: 3 years (required)</li></ul><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>NCCP coaching certification (required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
