<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Project Manager - Healthcare<br />Architecture & Design<br />Salary: $120K - $140K<br />Toronto, GTA</strong><br />Remote / Hybrid</p><p><strong>Other titles: Architectural Project Manager, Project Manager, AIA Architect, Senior Architect, Healthcare Architect, Healthcare Project Manager</strong><br><br><strong>THE COMPANY</strong></p><p>Our client, a large, Architecture and Design firm, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to coordinate projects and project teams from their Toronto office, the role offers hybrid or fully remote work, excellent benefits, a central Toronto office if you prefer in-person collaboration, and future buy-in opportunities. They emphasize a collaborative and progressive work culture and support their staff through all levels of career development.</p><p>Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage Healthcare projects to ensure that all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will use your interpersonal and leadership skills and must have an understanding of project financials to determine the necessary resources required for successful project execution. In addition, you will provide leadership to a multi-disciplined team, monitor project performance, and forecast revenue.</p><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><ul><li>Work as the key point of contact with clients in managing healthcare projects </li><li>Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages</li><li>Develop a detailed work plan to allocate hours to the work plan, and monitor project progress</li><li>Maintain a good understanding of the project scope and when changes to the scope occur, negotiate solutions to ensure outcomes meet client expectations and contractual obligations</li><li>Coordinate with contractor, sub-consultants, or relevant building authorities to address and document issues with constructability or owner concerns</li><li>Act as the primary liaison with the client, contractor, and project team and ensure close client relationships are maintained</li><li>See the successful execution of projects from start to finish</li></ul><strong>WHAT'S REQUIRED</strong><ul><li>10–15 years of project experience within the architectural or A&E industry</li><li>Proven experience delivering healthcare projects</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural and engineering systems, building codes, and permitting processes</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience managing integrated, multi-disciplinary teams</li><li>Solid knowledge of project accounting, including budgeting, performance monitoring, and revenue forecasting</li><li>Experience in client management, strategic planning, and contract administration</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Registration with a relevant professional association is considered an asset</li></ul>WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN<ul><li>Join an award winning firm with a well established presence</li><li>Flexible / hybrid work model</li><li>Competitive salary + benefits</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and continuing education</li><li>A supportive work culture</li></ul><br />Click to apply.
