A curated menu by Executive Chef Bobby Milheron features elevated breakfast, brunch, and lunchtime favourites that offer peak flavour and freshness. If you are looking to work within a culture that strives for excellence, creates a welcoming atmosphere and guest experience, are service obsessed and love the hospitality industry, you are the person we are looking for!</p><p><br /></p><p>Position Summary</p><p>Our team delivers friendly and efficient food and beverage service, in line with our next level guest experience standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Providing fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff and culinary production team.</li><li>Greeting and welcoming each guest seated in their assigned station.</li><li>Being very familiar with all food and beverage items on the menu.</li><li>Selling on a consistent basis, while continuing to create new opportunities and strategies for increasing the cheque average.</li><li>Performing the opening and closing procedures i.e., the set up and break down of stations, clearing and re-setting up of tables, etc.</li><li>Maintaining and ensuring the overall cleanliness of assigned station(s) and establishment.</li><li>Performing accurate cash & credit handling as well as POS procedures.</li><li>Protecting the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills & Qualifications</p><ul><li>Education:Valid BC Foodsafe Certification & BC Serving it Right Certification.</li><li>Experience:prior experience in a food-serving establishment.</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively.</li><li>Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, days, nights, and weekends.</li><li>Must be punctual and reliable.</li><li>Ability to work varied hours.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees.</li><li>Customer service focus and quality orientated.</li><li>Adaptable and flexible.</li><li>High energy level.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Please apply directly via the link provided:</p><p><span >https://wentworthrestaurants.bamboohr.com/careers/362</span></p></p></p>
