<p>Position Overview:<br>As an HVAC Subcontractor, you'll perform residential installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and tankless systems. You'll represent Polaron Home Comfort on-site, ensuring every job meets our quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.</p><p>Responsibilities<br>:</p><ul><li>Complete HVAC installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications, Ontario Building Code, and TSSA/ESA regulations.</li><li>Ensure work is performed safely, neatly, and efficiently — with no damage to customer property.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with the operations team for scheduling, job updates, and QA checks.</li><li>Submit all required photos, serial numbers, and completion documents through the assigned system.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at every visit.</li></ul><p>Our Expectations:</p><ul><li>Professional conduct – uniformed appearance, respectful language, and clear communication with homeowners.</li><li>Quality workmanship – every installation must pass QA inspection and meet Polaron and manufacturer standards.</li><li>Reliability – arrive within scheduled windows and complete jobs on time.</li><li>Compliance – all subcontractors must hold valid TSSA registration, liability insurance, and WSIB clearance.</li><li>Documentation – proper completion of all job photos, permits, and reports before payment release.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.</li><li>Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician license and ODP certification.</li><li>Own tools, vehicle, and valid driver's license.</li><li>Liability insurance ($2M minimum) and WSIB clearance certificate.</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Consistent, year-round work across Ontario.</li><li>Competitive pay structure per install with fast payment turnaround.</li><li>Supportive operations and QA team that values your expertise.</li><li>Opportunities to grow with a company expanding nationwide.</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
