<li>Deliver innovative hydrotechnical designs for flood mitigation, watershed management, and water control structures that safeguard communities.</li>
<li>Lead multidisciplinary teams to execute hydraulic and hydrologic analyses for transportation and mining infrastructure projects.</li>
<li>Drive environmental compliance and regulatory permitting to ensure sustainable project outcomes.</li>
<li>Build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives that expand WSP’s impact.</li>

<h3>The Skills That Set You Apart</h3>
<ul>
<li>A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering, with eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer in Manitoba.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience delivering water resources and hydrotechnical projects, including flood assessments, hydraulic structures, and mine water management.</li>
<li>Proficiency in hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools and a passion for applying data-driven solutions to complex challenges.</li>
<li>A proven ability to lead teams, mentor emerging professionals, and foster collaboration across disciplines.</li>
<li>Strategic thinking and client-focused mindset to drive innovation and growth.</li>

<h3>Compensation</h3>
<p><b>BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT:</b> $122,900 – $162,800<br/><b>MB & ON:</b> $112,100 – $154,400<br/><b>Atlantic Provinces & QC:</b> $111,000 – $147,400</p>
