<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Conduct full-scope VDA 6.3 process audits</li><li>Review core process areas: quality control, production flow, traceability, and customer satisfaction</li><li>Prepare audit reports using VDA scoring guidelines and client expectations</li><li>Identify and classify nonconformities with risk-based conclusions</li><li>Follow VDA 6.3 protocol and maintain accurate documentation</li><li>Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) for reporting and on-site interaction</li></ul><strong>Certifications Required:</strong><br /><ul><li><strong>Mandatory:</strong> IATF 16949 or ISO 9001</li><li><strong>Preferred:</strong> VDA 6.3 certification (not required but a plus)</li></ul><strong>Technical Background:</strong><br /><ul><li>35 years of supplier audit experience in the automotive sector</li><li>Hands-on experience with full-scope VDA 6.3 audits</li><li>Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 supplier systems</li><li>Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing standards</li></ul><strong>Industry Experience:</strong><br /><ul><li>Automotive manufacturing is required</li><li>Previous OEM audit experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with supplier quality and production processes</li></ul><strong>Job Type:</strong> 1099 Contractor<br><br><strong>Project Duration:</strong><br /><ul><li>Audits scheduled across multiple CANADA locations</li><li>Each audit spans approx. 2 man-days (1.5 days on-site, 0.5 day reporting)</li><li>Must be completed by early September 2025<ul><li><strong><em>Note:</em></strong><em> This is a 1099 contract role project duration may vary based on client needs<br /></em><br /></li></ul></li></ul><strong>Shift Hours:</strong><br /><ul><li>Project starts immediately (Late July 2025)</li><li>Typical working hours are 8:00 AM 5:00 PM local time<ul><li><strong><em>Note:</em></strong><em> As a 1099 contractor, project schedules may vary depending on site availability<br /></em><br /></li></ul></li></ul><strong>Location:</strong><br /><ul><li>Must be able to travel to Concord, Ontario, CANADA</li><li>Future audits may be assigned in other Ontario, CANADA regions</li></ul><br /></p></p>
