Job Description
<p>We are looking for a ECM Architect for one of our clients</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead architectural design for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, with a strong focus on FileNet, CMOD, and related platforms.</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical architectures.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, including integration with enterprise systems.</li><li>Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.</li><li>Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and propose modernization or optimization strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders including IT leadership, project managers, and vendor partners.</li><li>Prepare architectural documentation, design specifications, and technical roadmaps.</li></ul><p>Required Skills & Experience:</p><ul><li>12+ years of experience working with ECM platforms in large enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong hands-on expertise with IBM FileNet (priority), IBM CMOD, and ECM frameworks.</li><li>Proven experience architecting solutions within banking or financial services.</li><li>Solid background in solution design, system integrations, workflows, and content lifecycle management.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
