Typical project scope range up to $50 MM to $100 MM for Large-Scale Builds; office renovations & restorations typically range from $1 to $10+ MM.</p><p><br /></p><p>OUR CLIENT HIRES & PROMOTES PEOPLE ON MERIT!</p><p><br /></p><p>Some of our clients&#39; Estimators have PEngs. CETs, or Journeymen tickets;....</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Ideal Estimator candidates will likely have many of the following attributes:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Minimum 3+ years construction estimating, project coordination / management with a commercial GC - 10+ years even better!</strong></li><li><strong>Solid ability to strong proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, blueprints, and as-builts</strong></li><li>Strong mathematical and analytical skills for developing accurate material and labour estimates, as well as interpreting job-cost reports</li><li>Experience with cost-estimating software to prepare bids and quotes, from inception to tender</li><li>AutoCAD experience is considered an asset - digital drawings & take-off skills required</li><li>Effectively work independently and as part of a project team</li><li>Solid communication skills plus MS Suite experience</li></ul><p><br /></p></p></p>
