<h2> </h2><h2>Job Description: </h2><h2><b>Implementation Associate</b></h2><p><b>Jonas Software – Premier Division</b></p><p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><p>Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are to:</p><ul><li>Build and maintain Client relationships through listening and customer focus skills; must be approachable and patient</li><li>Consult with clients, review and understand their current work process</li><li>Be able to work with our client to amend their current processes to best fit our software</li><li>Facilitate the preparation of any software customization specifications and follow up to ensure client acceptance</li><li>Work with clients to deliver implementation on time</li><li>Discuss requirements and explain functionality to both technical and non-technical individuals or groups</li></ul><p><b>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in a Construction Accounting role with a sound understanding of accounting fundamentals</li><li>Previous experience with the procedures and processes of the Construction and Service industry</li><li>Training experience would be an asset</li><li>Strong planning and functional/ technical skills</li><li>Able to be patient and maintain composure in situations</li><li>Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills</li><li>Effective communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills</li><li>Must be willing to travel</li></ul><h2> </h2><h2>Business Unit: </h2>Premier<h2> </h2><h2>Scheduled Weekly Hours:</h2>37.5<h2> </h2><h2>Number of Openings Available: </h2>1<h2> </h2><h2>Worker Type: </h2>Regular<h2> </h2><h2><b>More About Jonas Software:</b></h2><p>Jonas Software is a leading provider of enterprise management software solutions, serving a wide range of vertical markets including hospitality, healthcare, construction, education, personal care, fitness, leisure, moving and legal services, to name a few.
