<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><br /><p><strong>Electrical Designer/Engineer – Intermediate to Senior Level</strong><br /><em>Full-Time | On-Site</em> | <em>Salary: $100k+ (based on experience)</em></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong><br />An established and respected engineering consulting firm is currently seeking an <strong>Intermediate to Senior Electrical Designer</strong> to join their growing team. This role is fully on-site and ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment and is looking to make an impact on a variety of high-performance building projects.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use building projects</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using industry-standard software</li><li>Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements</li><li>Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams as well as external consultants</li><li>Attend site visits, client meetings, and contribute to project coordination</li><li>Participate in design reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to value engineering</li><li>Mentor junior team members and provide input on technical standards and best practices</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in electrical design for commercial and/or industrial buildings</li><li>Proficient in <strong>AutoCAD, Revit</strong>, and other relevant electrical design tools</li><li>Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and building systems</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>CET/EIT designation or P.Eng. </li></ul><p><strong>What&#39;s Offered</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects in a dynamic, technically focused environment</li><li>Supportive team culture with potential for long-term growth and advancement</li></ul><p><strong>Interested?</strong><br />If you&#39;re ready to take the next step in your electrical design career, apply now or reach out for a confidential conversation.
