Within this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective inventory control, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.</p><p>By partnering with Logistics, Merchandising, Finance and IT teams you will facilitate inventory control best practices and identify root cause and correct any processes.</p><ul><li>Work cross functionally with internal teams on daily processes.</li><li>Communicate with stores and merchandising teams to maintain inventory integrity</li><li>Prepare reporting for department KPI's including inventory accuracy and inventory movement audits.</li><li>Complete weekly standardized reporting to be shared internally with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Analyze movement of products in the supply chain to identify and resolve existing problems.</li><li>Completion of store inventory adjustments and review of YTD shrink results.</li><li>Play a role in the coordination and execution of the physical inventory and cycle count processes.</li><li>Complete cost adjustments initiated by merchants such as Netdowns and Re-averages.</li><li>Support month and year end reporting/analysis and share insights with the business.</li><li>Complete month end journal entries and reconciliations.</li><li>Complete and monitor ongoing Return to Vendor reporting with AP and AR teams.</li><li>Daily and Weekly monitoring and resolution of exceptions between CRM (Retail Pro) and 3PL.</li><li>Monitor (compliance) and support Supply Chain and Retail Operations pertaining to Store and 3PL Inventory Control business processes.</li></ul><p>What You'll Bring;</p><ul><li>1-3 years' retail or relevant experience.</li><li>Post Secondary Education required.</li><li>Highly motivated and a natural problem solver.</li><li>Team player who achieves results in a cooperative manner.</li><li>Good organization skills.</li><li>Good oral & written communication skills.</li><li>Resourceful with good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.</li><li>Technical skills are beneficial (CRM, BI, SAGE).</li><li>Experience with journal entries is beneficial.</li></ul><p>Golf Town Limited is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodations for persons with disabilities.
