<p><p>Insight Global is looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst with a technical foundation who is excited to step into a hybrid role bridging software functionality and business needs. This position is ideal for someone early in their career—possibly a new graduate or a developer who wants to move away from full‑time coding and into a more consultative, analytical path. You’ll work closely with the team to enhance chatbot capabilities, write clear requirement tickets, and support ongoing improvements across our contact centre technology ecosystem.</p><h3>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</h3>
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in a technical role (BSA or Software Developer).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of technical concepts and comfort working with software tools and platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience using JIRA for ticketing or similar Agile project management tools.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies (academic or practical experience).</li>
</ul>
