We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Presently we own/manage over $2 billion in residential assets.</p><p>We&#39;re in search of a full time leasing agent. MetCap Living is currently in search of a Professional Full time leasing agent in BC. </p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>College/University Diploma preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Two years related leasing/sales experience within the property management industry</li></ul><ul><li>Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional customer service skills</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient with Office and Yardi required</li></ul><ul><li>Able to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends</li><li>Active driver&#39;s license and a reliable car</li><li>Can work on the weekends and holidays</li></ul><ul><li>Advertising and Marketing experience is an asset</li></ul><p><b>Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Handle all telephone, email and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner</li></ul><ul><li>Process qualifying prospects</li></ul><ul><li>Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective callers with proper follow up</li></ul><ul><li>Touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community</li></ul><ul><li>Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure units are prepared for move-in in a timely manner</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent customer service to residents to exceed their expectations</li></ul><ul><li>Resident retention.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate paperwork related to apartment rentals, leases and payment</li></ul><ul><li>Quarterly market surveys</li></ul><ul><li>Other duties and/or procedures as required.</li></ul><ul><li>Available evenings and weekends</li></ul><ul><li>Access to a vehicle</li></ul><p>Metcap welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
