<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>As part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, the Recruiter will provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support with an emphasis on Commercial Pharmaceutical recruiting. This is a temporary 12-month contract assignment. </p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Headhunt, engage, and screen top-tier talent for commercial pharmaceutical roles</li><li>Partner with Talent acquisition to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities</li><li>Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, direct sourcing, and market mapping</li><li>Ensure an inclusive, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Support urgent and high-priority hiring needs in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</li><li>Provide daily support to talent acquisition on key business initiatives,</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting</li><li>Pharmaceutical industry (commercial) experience preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and an ability to quickly prioritize competing priorities</li><li>Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, sense of urgency</li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIN Recruiter and Microsoft Tools</li><li>Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent. </li></ul><p><strong>Working conditions</strong></p><p>This is a remote based position with occasional onsite requirement in Toronto</p><p>Powered by JazzHR</p><p>zNbXTETNnP</p></p></p>
