<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Our client, a respected mid-size firm in Toronto, is seeking a lawyer with 6+ years of experience in litigating creditor-side collection, enforcement and other remedies to join it’s high volume practice.<br><br>Experience acting for banks, credit unions, or private lender clients on debt recovery, loan defaults, PPSA issues, and secured transactions is preferred.  A candidate with strong transferable commercial litigation skills and an interest in specializing in this type of work will also be considered.
