<p>The Role:</p><p>The Master Data Management Business Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the organization's master data. This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.</p><ul><li>Analyze and document business requirements related to master data management.</li><li>Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement data management solutions.</li><li>Monitor data quality and integrity across systems.</li><li>Provide training and support to users on data management practices.</li></ul><p>Team Structure: You will work closely with data stewards, IT professionals, and business stakeholders to ensure effective data management.</p><p>Ideal Profile:</p><p>The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and analytical skills, along with a strong understanding of data management principles.</p><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>MDM, Business Analysis, P&C insurance domain exp is must. </li><li>Core Competencies: Data Analysis & SQL, MDM Project Exposure, Agile Project Delivery: Active contributor in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. </li><li>Familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
