Adecco is currently looking for a Medical Sales Representative to work full-time hours for our client located in Vancouver, BC. This opportunity is a full-time, permanent role. The ideal candidate comes from a background of Pharmaceutical or medical aesthetic sales<br><ul><li><strong>Pay rate: </strong>$60,000-90,000<br></li><li><strong>Location: Vancouver, BC</strong><br></li><li><strong>Work Location: Remote with travel across BC</strong><br></li><li><strong>Job type:</strong> Permanent<br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Achieve and exceed territory sales targets across the client's portfolio;<br></li><li>Develop and execute a territory business plan with clear strategies and KPIs;<br></li><li>Effectively manage the sales cycle, including upselling, cross-selling, and driving product adoption;<br></li><li>Analyze market data and trends to inform go-to-market strategies;<br></li><li>Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with key accounts, physicians, clinics, and KOLs;<br></li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier support and satisfaction;<br></li><li>Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, track performance, and enhance loyalty;<br></li><li>Negotiate contracts that align with company goals and maximize customer value;<br></li><li>Other related activities and deliverables as required;<br></li></ul><strong>The Medical Sales Representative must meet the following mandatory requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Must hold a at least a Secondary School Diploma or GED;<br></li><li>2-5 years of B2B medical sales (required) in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or plastic surgery;<br></li><li>Valid Driver's license, and the ability to travel across BC;<br></li><li>Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering client satisfaction.<br></li><li>Experience with chain/buying group accounts and/or Contract Sales Organization (CSO) channel is a strong asset;<br></li><li>Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills;<br></li><li>Organized, self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment<br></li></ul>If you are interested in applying to our B2B Sales position, please submit your resume as soon as possible by clicking on the 'Apply with Adecco' button.<br> CAB7616<br>@@j<br> <br></br><br>Create Your Resume First
