We put you first:</p><ul><li>NEW Salary: $39.02/hr + shift premium $2.75/hr</li><li>Schedule: Night shift Wed, Thur, Fri (7PM-7AM). Must be available to commute for emergencies and OT opportunities.</li><li>Profit sharing plan</li><li>Telemedicine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions</li><li>Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)</li><li>Annual flexible reimbursement program</li></ul><p>Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Winnipeg , as the Millwright / Mechanic :</p><ul><li>Modify, repair, or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity.</li><li>Inspect, lubricate machine parts and determine future maintenance requirements</li><li>Perform changeover, setup and adjustments on production equipment</li><li>Participate in a safety meeting and contribute to a departmental safety action plan</li><li>Participate in major projects, installations, and start-ups</li><li>Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements</li><li>Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all safety procedures</li><li>Ensure flexibility to respond to maintenance needs off-hours</li><li>Supervise outside contractors when on-site</li></ul><p>There's nobody quite like you Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:</p><ul><li>1-3 years experience in a manufacturing facility (corrugated, printing, packaging would be an asset)</li><li>Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright preferred</li><li>Welding experience would be an asset</li><li>Good understanding of safety procedures</li><li>Good analytical and attention to detail skill</li><li>Must have own tools</li><li>Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul><p>We look forward to meeting you<br>Cascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
