This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for motorcycles and lifestyle apparel, and enjoys helping customers find the perfect riding gear and merchandise.</p><p>As a <strong>MotorClothes Consultant</strong>, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while representing the iconic Harley-Davidson brand. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p>• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting Harley-Davidson MotorClothes, riding gear, and branded merchandise. </p><p>• Educate customers on product features, benefits, sizing, and proper fit to ensure riding safety and comfort. </p><p>• Maintain merchandise displays to ensure the showroom is visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked. </p><p>• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions. </p><p>• Stay informed on Harley-Davidson products, promotions, and trends in riding gear and apparel. </p><p>• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive, welcoming shopping experience. </p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><p>• Previous experience in retail or customer service (apparel or motorcycle-related experience is considered an asset). </p><p>• Basic computer skills, with familiarity in point-of-sale and inventory management systems. </p><p>• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills. </p><p>• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute toward sales targets. </p><p>• Comfortable with on-camera speaking and participation in social media and digital marketing content. </p><p>• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers. </p><p>• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift. </p><p><p><p>Requests for reasonable accommodation will be accepted during the hiring process.</p></p></p><p>If you’re passionate about motorcycles, apparel, and delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you. </p><p>Apply today and become part of the Harley-Davidson Winnipeg family.<br /></p></p></p>
