Your main gig will be handling the entire recruiting process, from spotting potential candidates to welcoming them on board. And guess what? You get to work remotely, so you can set up shop wherever makes you happiest!</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Candidate Magnet: You'll be using your magic to discover and attract potential candidates from all corners of the internet - LinkedIn, Github, Social Media, Networking sites, you name it!</p><p><br></p><p>2. Talent Detective: Unleash your detective skills during interviews and assessments to uncover the best tech talents out there. Utilize those 007 skills you've harnessed!</p><p><br></p><p>3. Partner in Crime: Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their tech hiring needs and make sure we're all on the same page.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Interview Maestro: You'll be the mastermind behind scheduling and coordinating interviews, making sure everyone has a blast during the process.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Offer Negotiator: Put your negotiation skills to work during salary talks and final offer discussions with our potential rockstar hires.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Recruiting Prodigy: You've got 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, and we're especially impressed if you've done this remotely before.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Ninja Sourcer: Sourcing is your super power. We can teach the screening, interviewing and closing if you're win the Sourcing battle.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Tech Savvy: You're familiar with all things technical, and you know your way around different tech roles and skill sets.</p><p><br></p><p>4. People Connector: Your communication skills are off the charts, and you know how to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Organization Guru: Your time management and organizational skills are top-notch.</p><p><br></p><p>6.
