<br><h2>Job Skills / Requirements</h2><br><p><b>Position: </b>Full Time Security Manager</p><p><b>Site: </b>North York (Consumers) - Office Building</p><p><b>Pay Rate: </b>$24.41</p><p><b>Schedule: </b>Monday to Friday </p><p><b>OT Method: </b>Employment Standards Act</p><p><b>Posting Date: </b>January 12th, 2026</p><p><b>Internal Closing Date: </b>January 16th, 2026</p><p><b>External Closing Date: </b>January 26nd, 2026</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><li>Reporting directly to the CSM</li><li>Be intimately familiar with daily security operations at the site with secondary understanding of operations at all other client locations throughout Ontario</li><li>Access control for 15+ sites throughout Ontario</li><li>Understanding of and ability to navigate Building Automation Software</li><li>Access card creation. Turnkey process</li><li>Running relevant reports from access system data base</li><li>Prepare monthly "state of the site" reports for the CSM</li><li>Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the monthly life safety inspections</li><li>Participate in BCP and ERP mocks drills</li><li>Provides alternative point of contact for client management in absence of the Regional Account Manager</li><li>Support and contribute to preparation and execution of site team meetings</li><li>Assist with all other operational security needs as required.</li><p><br><b>Prerequisites:</b>  </p><li>Valid Security License for the province of Ontario </li><li>Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)</li><li>Valid G class Driver License</li><li>English (oral and written) fluency is a must  </li><li>Previous supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership within the security field</li><li>Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)</li><li>Legally authorized to work in Canada</li><p><b>Why choose Paladin?</b>  </p><li>Opportunities for training and professional development</li><li>Additional perks</li><li>"Your paycheck, on your schedule—daily pay offered"</li><p><b>Additional Information/Benefits:</b></p><p>Paladin Security has a diverse workforce.
