Indicate what is done and why (the outcome). <br><br>Responsible for ensuring Site Quality Programs comply with all company policies and procedures and all customer, GFSI and regulatory requirements.  Also serves as the SQF Practitioner for their sites. <br><br>Key Responsibilities (General)<br><br>The table below details the 4 to 5 key responsibilities of the job and the approximate percentage of time spent on each responsibility on an annual basis. These responsibilities represent the major areas of work performed (do not list anything that takes less than 5% of your time). <br><br>Key Responsibility<br><br>% of Time<br>(Should add to 100%)<br><br>1<br><br>Owner of all Compliance Programs including but not limited to:<br><br>HACCP<br>SQF<br>CAPA<br>Food Defense<br>Calibration<br>Traceability<br><br>Ownership includes planning, implementing, executing, and maintaining all aspects of these programs with a continuous improvement mindset to improve the Site Quality Systems<br>Implementation of corporate policies at the site level<br>Serve as SQF Practitioner<br><br>50% / 100%<br><br>2<br><br>Ensure sites are prepared for all Internal, MDLZ, GFSI, Regulatory and Customer audits.<br>Serve as Site Lead for all quality audits and regulatory visits.<br>Serve as CAPA Lead for all NC's identified during quality audits and regulatory visits<br>Assure compliance with the FDA/CFIA food laws<br><br>30% / 100%<br><br>3<br><br>Develop and deploy training on Food Safety & Quality Management in alignment with Corporate Quality, as per GFSI requirements and corporate policies to maintain or exceed target audit scores, while ensuring consistent compliance with national and international food industry standards<br>Ensure training and education for the food security team as well as for the operators that monitor critical points<br><br>20% / 100%
