Job Description
<br><br><p>We are looking for an intermediate QC inspector for our metal manufacturing client in Concord, ON.</p><p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other common instruments</li><li>Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and specifications</li><li>Inspect parts to an established inspection test plan or sampling lot</li><li>Identify and report non-conformances using documented procedures</li><li>Knowledge of common mathematical concepts</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of basic quality terms, definitions and concepts</li><li>Basic understanding of measurement/metrology terminology and applications</li><li>Basic computer literacy</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications (Helpful, but not required):</p><ul><li>2 years working in a fast paced production/manufacturing environment</li><li>Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems</li><li>Knowledge of calibration requirements/procedures</li><li>Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)</li><li>First Article Inspection Reporting/PPAP-PSW Submissions</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite</li><li>Understanding of effective sampling (AQL, RQL)</li><li>Internal Auditing experience</li></ul><p>Physical Requirements:</p><ul><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li><li>Can push, pull, or lift a minimum of 35lbs</li></ul><br>Create Your Resume First
