We’re creating modern, AI-powered tools to help electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople learn the trade, pass licensing exams, earn certifications, and move forward in their careers.</p><p><br></p><p>So far, we’ve supported over 20,000 learners across 80+ schools, unions, and training programs in the U.S. and Canada — working directly with both individual students and the institutions that train them.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>We’re looking for an <b>Operations Manager, Education</b> to own and scale our education content and learning operations.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you’ll design and run the systems that power our curriculum, exam prep, and learning experiences. You’ll work closely with subject-matter experts, content creators, and our product team to improve quality, speed, and consistency across everything we ship.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who enjoys turning messy processes into clean, scalable systems.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll report directly to the Founder.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Build and manage end-to-end workflows for curriculum, exam questions, and learning content</li><li>Coordinate with subject-matter experts to turn technical knowledge into clear, structured learning materials</li><li>Design and maintain quality control systems for accuracy, clarity, and consistency</li><li>Improve content production speed using better processes, tooling, and AI workflows</li><li>Own content updates as codes, exams, and standards change</li><li>Organize and maintain our education library, question banks, and course structures</li><li>Track performance metrics related to learning quality, content output, and user feedback</li><li>Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to support new education features</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Bring</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or a startup environment</li><li>Strong ability to design systems and improve messy processes</li><li>Comfort owning both strategy and execution</li><li>Experience working with subject-matter experts or technical content</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and project ownership skills</li><li>A genuine interest in education, learning, or skills training</li><li>Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Why Join</p><ul><li>Flexible, remote-friendly role</li><li>High ownership and growth opportunity</li><li>Real impact on trades education</li><li>Help shape modern learning tools</li><li>Potential sponsorship to NYC after one-year of employment</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
