<p><b>Job Title:</b> Change Management and Communications Lead III</p><p><b>Location:</b> Calgary, AB</p><p><b>Work Model:</b> Hybrid (Mon, Tues, Thurs in office)</p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>This role is responsible for designing and leading change management efforts to effectively embed technology, process and/or culture change and adopt new ways of working. You are a professional with proven experience in large-scale, complex change initiatives impacting large numbers of stakeholders across multiple business functions.</p><p>This role draws on your strong ability to build collaborative relationships, analyze information, develop conclusions and present recommendations to drive project outcomes through your exceptional communication and writing skills.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Develop change strategy and approach, working in collaboration with program OCM lead as needed.</p><p>• Use methodology to develop change management plans and deliverables.</p><p>• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to assess potential or actual complex change impacts.</p><p>• Build change capability within project team and coach leaders on effective change sponsorship.</p><p>• Work with the project manager/initiative lead to integrate change management into the project plan.</p><p>• Lead the development of communication material including key messages, sponsor communications and presentations.</p><p>• Identify people risks, proactively managing them throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p>• Develop metrics, monitor and measures outcomes related to business readiness and rate of adoption, taking corrective action where required.</p><p>• Monitor for and assess risk related to concurrent organizational change.</p><p><b>Skills, Experience, and Requirements</b></p><p>• Post-secondary degree in communications, business management, psychology, human resources or education.</p><p>• 7-10 years’ experience in change management in complex organizations for transformational initiatives where significant cultural change is required.</p><p>• Change management certification (Prosci preferred).</p><p>• Hands-on experience conducting change assessments (case for change, stakeholder and impact assessments), developing change strategies and change management plans including: sponsorship, engagement, communication, training, resistance management and sustainment.</p><p>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>• Able to synthesize complex information and develop clear and concise communication for different audiences.</p><p>• Experience working with and advising leadership; can influence without authority.</p><p>• Collaborative with adept relationship management and credibility building skills.</p><p>• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Strong customer focus, taking initiative in proposing or delivering on a solution.</p><p>• Able to work through ambiguity and independently manage multiple priorities.</p><p><b>Assets:</b></p><p>• Experience working in the energy industry.</p><p>• Knowledge of project management fundamentals.</p>Create Your Resume First
