Senior Automation Engineer

<p>Qualitest looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership qualities. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can quickly contribute, lead automation efforts, and work closely with clients and internal teams.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks</li><li>Implement and execute automated tests using <b>Playwright and TypeScript</b></li><li>Integrate automated test suites into <b>CI/CD pipelines</b></li><li>Lead and guide automation teams, ensuring best practices and standards</li><li>Work with keyword-driven, data-driven, hybrid, and BDD frameworks</li><li>Coordinate with client Points of Contact (PoCs) and QA managers to:</li><li>Prioritize tasks</li><li>Resolve blockers</li><li>Provide daily progress updates</li><li>Collect and manage required QA documentation</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience</b></p><ul><li>Around <b>5+ years of experience</b> in test automation</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <b>Playwright and TypeScript</b></li><li>Proven experience in <b>automation framework development and standardization</b></li><li>Hands-on experience with <b>CI/CD integration</b></li><li>Experience working in <b>customer-facing roles</b></li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Top 3 Must-Have Skills</b></p><ul><li>Playwright with TypeScript</li><li>Automation Framework Development & Standards</li><li>Client coordination, task prioritization, blocker resolution, and daily reporting</li></ul><p></p>
