Come aboard – we promise you a rewarding journey.</p>Job Description<br><br><p>We are seeking an experienced and highly organized<strong> </strong>Operations Project Manager to lead key operational improvement initiatives within our car recycling business. The Project Manager will oversee projects related to process optimization, technology implementation, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of business processes in automotive recycling/salvage operations, and the ability to manage stakeholders across Operations, IT, Sales, and Finance.</p><p>The ideal candidate excels at turning business needs into executable plans, tracking project performance, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and data accuracy.</p><p><strong>What you're responsible for : </strong></p><ul><li>Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.</li><li>Plan and deliver multiple projects end-to-end in parallel.</li><li>Analyze and optimize operational processes (vehicle purchasing, dismantling, warehousing, sales, logistics).</li><li>Lead the deployment and integration of digital tools and operational systems aligned with business needs.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Marketing) and external vendors.</li><li>Own change management, user adoption, training, and documentation.</li><li>Manage risks, testing, quality control, and go-live readiness.</li><li>Track KPIs, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior leadership.</li><li>Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>To join our team :</strong></p><ul><li>You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field, with a PMP or similar certification considered a strong asset.</li><li>You have 3–7 years of project management experience, with experience in automotive recycling, logistics, warehousing, or retail considered an advantage.</li><li>You have a proven track record of delivering digital and system-related projects, including software, CRM/ERP, mobile applications, and workflow automation.</li><li>You have a strong understanding of operational processes such as vehicle purchasing, dismantling, inventory management, and used parts sales.</li><li>You have excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>You are able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>You are bilingual in English and French.</li></ul><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><p><strong>The advantages (!):</strong></p><ul><li>Eligible for paid vacation from the first day;</li><li>Comprehensive group insurance plan;</li><li>Telemedicine (Unlimited access to a doctor 24/7);</li><li>Group RRSP with employer matching contributions;</li><li>AIM tuition assistance grants;</li><li>Referral program;</li><li>Exclusive employee discounts on parts at any Kenny location;</li><li>Company-organized events throughout the year (barbecue, Christmas party, etc.);</li><li>Exceptional advancement opportunities.</li></ul></p></p>Create Your Resume First
