<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Now Hiring: Experienced Operators – Residential Rough/Final Grading (Edmonton)</strong><br /><em>Erosion Control Central Edmonton – Immediate Start</em></p><p>Erosion Control Central (ECC) – Edmonton, is currently seeking two highly experienced equipment operators. This position is primarily Rough / Final grading work, with an immediate start and will run until freeze up depending on weather conditions (snow and freezing). Role will transition into snow removal for continual winter employment.</p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Role:</strong> Equipment Operator (Rough/Final Grading)</li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Edmonton, Alberta</li><li><strong>Start Date:</strong> Immediate</li><li><strong>Duration:</strong> Year round employment.</li><li><strong>Equipment:</strong> Track and wheeled skid steer experience required</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in rough/final grading, specifically in the Edmonton Region</li><li>Skilled in operating mini skid steers</li><li>Able to read and understand blueprints and residential plot plans.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative</li><li>Physically capable and prepared for outdoor work in varying conditions</li><li>Must be committed and reliable.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay, based on experience</li></ul><p><strong>Opportunities:</strong></p><ul><li>Potential for future employment with ECC for the right candidates</li></ul><p>If you meet the above criteria and are ready to get started, we want to hear from you today.
